We offer contemporary group Pilates reformer classes thoughtfully designed by our very own Dr. Laurence Agenor, PT, DPT, CSCS. All classes are limited to 6 participants in order for you to get the most effective workout.

Our private sessions are led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pilates instructor rolled into one! We recommend private sessions if you are new to Pilates, are looking for individualized attention or simply looking to improve your overall performance and quality of life. Special attention is paid to form and precision of movement.

Barre Fusion Fitness Group Classes
