  • Of course! Teaching newbies is one of our specialties. We recommend trying our intro Pilates reformer package to help you go even more in depth and get the most out of your group classes.

  • All group classes, privates and duets have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within the window, it is considered late and you will lose the class from your class card or account. We ask that when you cannot make it to class, you consider your fellow classmates and cancel your reservation so that someone on the waitlist can take class.

  • No client will be admitted to class 5 minutes after the start time. Clients who do not arrive within this grace period forfeit their reservation and are charged in full. If you anticipate being late, please call or email wellnessden@cynergypt.com

  • Yes. Each class pack has its own expiration date: Buy One, Get One Free and Introductory 3 Pack (expires after 1 month), 5 Pack Group Pilates Class (expires after 2 months), 10 Pack Group Pilates Class (expires 5 months) and 20 Pack Group Pilates Class (expires after 8 months).

  • Prenatal people that are less than 19 weeks along must inform instructors of their pregnancy. Beyond 19 weeks, we ask you kindly to take only pre/postnatal group classes and private sessions. We recommend prenatal clients to book a private physical therapy session with our skilled pelvic health specialists prior to taking class.

    Postpartum clients must have medical clearance from their OB-GYN to return to group Pilates and Barre classes.

    We encourage all postpartum clients to book a private physical therapy session with our skilled pelvic health specialists before rejoining classes.

  • 1. Membership Inclusions

    • Membership grants access to one (1) class per day.

    • Members may take one (1) additional class per day for a $10 add-on fee, subject to availability.

    2. Membership Billing & Renewal

    • Memberships renew monthly on the same calendar date as the original purchase.
      Example: If purchased on July 7, the membership renews on the 7th of each subsequent month.

    • Memberships continue to auto-renew until canceled by the Member through their Momence dashboard (see Section 6).

    3. Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    For All Members:

    • A $10 late cancellation fee applies to any class canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time.

    For Unlimited All Access Members:

    • Members are granted one (1) penalty-free late cancellation per billing cycle.

    • Additional late cancellations will incur a $10 fee per occurrence.

    • No-shows will incur a $20 fee per missed class.

    These policies ensure fairness and availability for all members, particularly when classes are fully booked and waitlisted.

    4. Class Booking & Attendance

    • Classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

    • Members are expected to manage their schedules responsibly to avoid late cancel and no-show penalties.

  • 1. Membership Termination

    • Memberships must be canceled directly by the Member via their Momence dashboard.

    • Email requests to cancel are not valid and will not be processed.

    To cancel:

    1. Log into Momence on a web browser (not the app)

    2. Go to Memberships > My Memberships

    3. Locate your subscription and click Cancel

    4. Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

    2. General Terms

    • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • The Wellness Den reserves the right to update class schedules, fees, policies, and instructor assignments at any time.

    • Members agree to uphold a respectful environment and comply with all studio policies and staff instructions.

  • 1. Membership Pause Policy

    At The Wellness Den, we understand that life can sometimes require you to take a break from your fitness routine. To support our community while ensuring operational sustainability, we offer the following membership pause policy:

    Pause Request Submission and Procedure:

    • Pause requests must be submitted by completing our official Membership Pause Request Form.

    • The form must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the requested pause start date.

    • Members will receive a confirmation email once the request has been processed.

    Pause Frequency:

    • Members may pause their membership up to two (2) times per calendar year.

    Pause Duration:

    • Each pause must be a minimum of 2 weeks and may last up to 12 weeks.

    Terms and Conditions:

    • Membership billing will be automatically suspended during the pause.

    • The membership will automatically resume on the scheduled reactivation date.

    • Any remaining days and unused class credits will roll over upon reactivation.

    • Members are allowed one alteration per pause; to modify a pause, resubmit the form 7 days in advance of the new requested change.

    • To unpause early, email wellnessden@cynergypt.com at least 2 days before the new reactivation date.
