FAQs

  • All group classes, privates and duets have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within the window, it is considered late and you will lose the class from your class card or account. We ask that when you cannot make it to class, you consider your fellow classmates and cancel your reservation so that someone on the waitlist can take class.

  • No client will be admitted to class 10 minutes after the start time. Clients who do not arrive within this grace period forfeit their reservation and are charged in full. If you anticipate being late, please call or email wellnessden@cynergypt.com

  • Yes. Each class pack has its own expiration date: Buy One, Get One Free and Introductory 3 Pack (expires after 1 month), 5 Pack Group Pilates Class (expires after 2 months), 10 Pack Group Pilates Class (expires 5 months) and 20 Pack Group Pilates Class (expires after 8 months).
